Week 7 and Beyond - When Healing Deepens

Once your digestion has reset and your hormones begin to stabilize, we begin to gently reintroduce a wider variety of foods including high-quality dairy, gluten, raw produce, and more diverse fiber sources - always with intention and based on how you feel. If your goal is healing, we continue with deeply nourishing foods that keep your gut, mood, and hormones in balance.

If your goal is fat loss, we introduce macro-balanced meals that support milk supply, energy, and sustainable weight loss - without crash diets.

At the heart of this journey is the belief that when you nourish deeply, your body knows how to thrive. Weight loss becomes a natural byproduct of healing - not the main goal.

A Foundational Phase In Your Postpartum Healing Journey

Your body after birth is not the same and neither is your digestive system. The first 6 weeks are a sacred window of recovery, where your gut needs warmth, softness, and deep nourishment to properly heal. 

This is why we begin our coaching journey with a focused Digestive Reset Phase a gentle yet powerful way to support your body’s ability to absorb nutrients, balance hormones, and prevent long-term issues like leaky gut, inflammation, anxiety, postpartum depression,  stubborn weight, and hormone imbalances.

PHASE 1: THE POSTPARTUM DIGESTIVE RESET

Jumping into salads, smoothies, dairy, or raw foods too early can overwhelm your system, leading to bloating, inflammation, hormone imbalances, and long-term issues like leaky gut or stubborn weight.

That’s why the first 6 weeks of coaching are 100% dedicated to resetting and restoring your digestion so you can absorb nutrients, support your hormones, and feel nourished from the inside out. When all this is healed, weight comes off naturally.

If you’re still focusing on postpartum recovery (mentally, emotionally, and physically), we’ll continue with a deeply nourishing food plan that supports your hormones, milk supply, gut health, and mood.

Option 2: Begin a Gentle Fat Loss Phase

If you feel ready, we’ll begin to introduce macro focused meals and higher-protein, metabolism-supportive meals — with no restriction or dieting. You’ll learn how to nourish your body while gently moving toward your body composition goals.
