Calgary and Miami. Elsewhere, the app is free and partner kitchens deliver where they operate. Tell us your city and we will let you know when a cook is working near you.
What does $349 CAD per visit include?
The visit itself: cooking your week's plan, checking every delivered ingredient against your restrictions, then labelling, portioning and storing the food with reheating notes in your app. Groceries are separate and charged to your own account.
Do I have to plan the meals myself?
No. Your plan is generated for the stage you are in and lands as a draft four days before your Cook Day. You can swap anything until the menu locks three days before. If you never open the app, the generated plan is the plan.
What if I have allergies or restrictions?
You set them once in the app. They filter the recipe library before a plan is generated, they follow the grocery order and your cook's checklist, and any item the store substitutes is checked against them before it is cooked.
Can I change my Cook Day?
Yes. You choose it when you book and the rest of the week counts back from it. Write to us and we will move it.
Does my cook read my check-ins?
No. She gets your first name, address, plan and restriction flags. Your check-ins shape what she brings, but she does not see them.
