Nourishing mains
The bowl we would hand you first. Rich beef broth slow-simmered with tender potatoes, sweet carrots, leeks and ripe tomatoes, with fluffy quinoa folded through. Golden turmeric, warm cumin and a bright squeeze of lemon make it taste like being looked after. Easy to sip from a mug while baby sleeps on your chest.
A bowl of pure comfort, cherished by new mothers across generations. Rice is cooked low and slow in ginger chicken broth until silky and soft, then finished with golden pan-seared chicken thighs and fresh spinach. Warm, gentle and so easy on a tired body.
All the cozy flavour of enchiladas, ready to spoon. Shredded chicken, pinto beans, sweet corn and roasted poblano simmer in a zesty green enchilada broth with lime and cumin. Swirl in the creamy coconut yogurt, packed on the side, for a dairy-free finish that tastes indulgent.
The dinner that feels like a night out. Savoury ground beef and crisp-tender broccoli, carrots and red pepper are tossed in a glossy ginger garlic sauce made with coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil. Protein-packed and ready in minutes, for the nights you need real food fast.
Breakfast and little treats
Golden, fluffy and crustless. Farm eggs whisked with dairy-free milk, folded through with crispy bacon, tender spinach and sweet sautéed onion, then baked low with oregano and a whisper of paprika. Warm a slice for breakfast or a midnight feed.
A warm hug in a bowl. Creamy oats and chia seeds slow-cooked in coconut milk, crowned with juicy mango, a drizzle of melted coconut butter and toasted coconut flakes. Naturally sweet and full of fiber, like a little vacation before the day begins.
Fudgy, rich and secretly nourishing. Red lentils and ripe banana are baked into a deep cacao batter with oat flour, maple syrup and coconut sugar, then studded with chocolate chips. Nobody will guess what is inside.
Soft, cozy and made for one-handed snacking. Creamy peanut butter, oats and a touch of maple syrup, baked golden with melty dark chocolate chips. The perfect thing to grab on the way to the nursing chair.
Keeping it fresh
Keep meals refrigerated and enjoy within 4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Quiche slices and muffins freeze beautifully. Keep the enchilada soup's coconut yogurt chilled and stir it in after reheating.
Allergies: tell us when you order. These are made in a shared kitchen, so we would rather say plainly what we can and cannot handle than have you find out later.
